Designed and built an internal platform from the ground up that automates staff attendance, scheduling, task tracking, and payroll calculations across an entire company. It correctly handles tricky real-world situations most systems get wrong — like overnight shifts, grace periods for lateness, and different pay rules for different employee types — all without manual intervention, replacing what would normally require a dedicated HR/operations team with one accurate, self-running system.
